From phoning reception to the end of the appointment, it was brilliant. My son has autism and ADHD we had been going to the doctors for over a year and a half, his ear was blocked with wax didn't like having oil put in, which is all the doctors would do for him.

I contacted Fairfield Hearing and got 110% from the minute I called. I explained what we experienced with the doctors.

Fairfield Hearing went above and beyond to cater for my son - nothing but 5-star treatment. Ruth managed to clear the blockage within minutes.
